Transtech Engineering Consultants, Inc. (TEC) is a multi-disciplinary engineering firm located in Columbia, Maryland. Founded in 2008, we provide civil engineering services to both public and private clients. We have provided professional engineering services in Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C. and continue to grow.

Our services include design and condition inspection of transportation infrastructure, peer review of large infrastructure projects during design, intelligent transportation systems, assist in the procurement of transportation construction projects, schedule review and inspection of construction projects.

Our projects include delivery types of design-bid-build, design-build as well as a public-private partnership for a range of clients, including Maryland Department of Transportation's State Highway Administration and Maryland Transportation Authority; Virginia Department of Transportation; D.C. Department of Transportation, varies counties in Maryland, etc.
